All content on the Site, including the BeGlobal name, logo, copy, design, code, photographs, illustrations, and guides, is owned by or licensed to BeGlobal and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and personally use the Site. All other rights are reserved. The logos of partner companies and customers displayed on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used with permission to indicate factual relationships, not endorsement of these Terms.
5. User submissions
If you submit any information through a Site form (for example, a hiring brief or a contact request), you represent that the information is accurate, you have the right to provide it, and you grant BeGlobal a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to respond to you and operate the Site. Do not submit confidential information that you do not want us to receive.
6. Third-party links and resources
The Site includes links to third-party websites, including partner perk URLs (e.g., Deel, JumpStart, RunPod, ElevenLabs) and customer pages (e.g., Jolly, Solea AI, Ruvo). BeGlobal does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. Your use of any linked site is at your own risk.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BeGlobal does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information on the Site (including blog content, guides, salary benchmarks, and case studies) is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, employment, or tax advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeGlobal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages arising from your use of the Site (and not from the Services covered by the Terms of Service) will not exceed USD $100.
